With over 15 years immersed in the nonprofit sector, I bring a thoughtful, strategic approach to fundraising. If you work in the nonprofit arena you are what I call a "heart-person" - motivated by helping others and strengthening your community. Fundraising is a means of engaging more people in your cause and a powerful mechanism for propelling your mission forward.

My professional journey spans the full spectrum of nonprofit development, evolving from grant writing specialist to development director across organizations ranging from grassroots initiatives to top regional human-service institutions. Throughout my career, I've championed important causes while delivering tangible results: leading multi-million dollar capital/endowment campaigns, building and mentoring high-performing development teams, creating major donor programs that significantly increased year-over-year revenue, and designing comprehensive fundraising and communications strategies that aligned organizational missions with sustainable growth and community impact.
